Maps & Locations

2 Islands · 8 Districts · Vice City 1986

Vice City is divided into two main islands connected by bridges. Each district has its own personality, businesses, and secrets. Here’s a complete breakdown of every area in the city.

Vice City Beach (East Island)

Ocean Beach

The glamorous tourist district. Features the beachfront strip, luxury hotels, the Malibu Club (purchasable asset), and the Pole Position Club. Home to the marina, Ken Rosenberg’s office, and several hidden packages.

Tip: The Malibu Club is the most expensive asset ($120K). The marina is the best place to steal boats for early water exploration.

Vice Point

Upscale residential and shopping area. Home to the North Point Mall (key mission location), the lighthouse, several safehouses, and the beach. The mall has Ammu-Nation and multiple robbable stores.

Tip: North Point Mall is a hub for several missions (Riot, Shakedown) and has 15 stores to rob. Buy the Vice Point safehouse early — central location.

Washington Beach

Central connector between Ocean Beach and Vice Point. Contains the police station, hospital, and lawyer offices. Several story missions take place here.

Tip: The police station has a hidden package inside. Visit the hospital to restore health for $100 if you’re nearby and low.

Vice City Mainland (West Island)

Downtown

The financial and entertainment hub. Home to Hyman Memorial Stadium (Bloodring, Dirtring, Hotring events), the bank, skyscrapers, and the chopper checkpoint starting point.

Tip: Stadium events only activate at specific times. The Hyman Condo safehouse ($14K) is the best mainland base — 2-car garage and save point.

Little Haiti

Home to the Haitian gang and Auntie Poulet. Gritty, run-down with narrow streets. Contains Phil’s Place (free weapon shop after Gun Runner), the Print Works asset, and Kaufman Cabs.

Tip: Phil’s Place unlocks discounted heavy weapons. Visit after every few missions to stock up on Rocket Launchers and M4 ammo.

Little Havana

Home to the Cuban gang and Umberto Robina. Vibrant Cuban-American neighborhood. Contains the Cherry Popper Ice Cream Factory, Sunshine Autos, and Robina’s Cafe.

Tip: Sunshine Autos ($50K) is one of the best investments — Import/Export lists and street races. Robina’s Cafe starts the Cuban mission chain.

Viceport

Industrial docklands at the southern tip. Home to the Boatyard asset, shipping containers, and theCharcoal Factory. Key location for smuggling and water-based missions.

Tip: The Boatyard ($10K) is the cheapest asset — buy it first. steal boats from the docks for quick water transport.

Escobar International Airport

Large airport at the southern tip of the mainland. Features the terminal, runways, parked planes, and is the setting for several missions.

Tip: Good source of hidden packages. Steal the Skimmer seaplane from the water nearby. Airport is also a fast travel hub for dropping off passengers in taxi missions.

Starfish Island

Starfish Island

Exclusive private island between the two main islands. Home to Ricardo Diaz’s mansion (later the Vercetti Estate after “Rub Out”). Manicured lawns, fountains, and a single circular road.

Tip: After acquiring the mansion, explore the grounds — several hidden packages are hidden in the hedges and pool area. The mansion becomes your primary base.

Prawn Island

Prawn Island

Small island north of Starfish Island. Home to InterGlobal Film Studios ($60K asset) and the abandoned Mendez Mansion. Accessible via bridge from Vice Point.

Tip: The film studio missions involve the Skimmer seaplane — practice flying before attempting “Dildo Dodo.”

Key Landmarks

North Point Mall

The main shopping mall in Vice Point. Features Ammu-Nation, tool shop, clothing store, and multiple robbable stores. Site of the “Riot” and “Shakedown” missions.

Tip: Rob all stores here in one visit for efficiency. The Ammu-Nation has a shooting range for the 100% completion requirement.

Hyman Memorial Stadium

Large arena in Downtown. Hosts Bloodring, Dirtring, and Hotring events. The entrance is on the south side.

Tip: Check the marquee for event schedules. Enter through the main gate when events are active. Stadium events are required for 100%.

Vercetti Estate

Tommy’s mansion on Starfish Island. After “Rub Out”, this becomes the main base of operations. Features a save point, wardrobe, health pickup, armor pickup, and weapon spawns.

Tip: The estate’s rooftop is accessible via the stairs — good vantage point for the finale. Store your best vehicles in the underground garage.
